With the intent to have the most exceptional red wine in the Temecula Valley, Stuart Cellars has a high criterion for quality fruit and searches for the highest standards of cultivation from growers in the Temecula Valley. All of the premium wines at Stuart Cellars have been aged in French Oak for no less than fourteen months to achieve optimum characteristics. Among the varietals produced are Chardonnay, Viognier (which is Marshall's favorite varietals to produce), Callista - a white Meritage blend, Tatria - a red Meritage blend and a Vintage Zinfandel Port.
