Keyways is a small winery that opened in October 1989. Keyways goal is to uphold the quality of their wines and to produce a limited bottling of most premium varietal wines. Production is approximately 3,700 cases per year.
Currently, wines produced by Keyways are Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Viogner, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Petite Syrah, Riesling, Old Vine Zinfandel, Late Harvest Zinfandel, a few, select small lot varietals. Their newest release is a red Zinfandel produced from wines dating back almost 40 years on their own estate.
The winery is open for tasting seven days a week from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Keyways can accommodate small equestrian related events at the winery. Country barbecues also are available by appointment: 37338 DePortola Road, Temecula, 92592
