We are Flying Down to Rio to celebrate the Mayor's Ball for the Arts 2007. Brazilian Ballroom attire please...ties are optional but dance shoes are a must for your one night get-away to the live Brazilian Carnaval! Tango, samba, and rumba the night away with Cha-Cha-Chuck.
